This special Vibrational Healing Session is a 1:1, in-person experience, designed to help to help you identify and shift the dominant energetic patterns that are influencing your life. It is the ultimate In-person lifestyle alignment transformation! This session includes 60 minutes of Reiki healing plus 60 minutes of guided reflection and mentoring. During our Reflection, we will discuss your thoughts, beliefs and internal subconscious programs, as well as how your beliefs are impacting your reality, your experience and health. During this expansive treatment together, we will create affirmations, guided meditations and exercises to help you heal your mindset and patterns. This session is designed to help you change your internal dialogue, thoughts and beliefs to help you manifest your ideal life. My intention with this session is support and regulate your autonomic nervous system so that as your life and lifestyle begins to shift in a dramatic way, you don't get overwhelmed with all the changes occurring. Change is hard, especially when we are changing our thoughts, beliefs, patterns and behaviors. I will guide and support you through these immense changes so you can be your fullest self, living up to your full potential! Therefore, this service will not be available to new clients and either a distance or in person Reiki session will be required as a prerequisite before booking.
